How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data we hold about you. This includes your account data, WhatsApp messages, Meta Platform Data, and any other information collected through our services.

Methods to Request Deletion

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account information (name, email, phone number)
• All WhatsApp conversation data and message history
• Meta/Facebook Platform Data (user ID, business data)
• AI chatbot configuration and custom settings
• Analytics and usage data associated with your account

Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained after deletion as required by law:

• Invoice and billing records (retained for 6 years per French tax law)
• Legal compliance records where required by applicable regulations

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email once all eligible data has been deleted.

Facebook/Meta Data

If you connected your Facebook or WhatsApp Business account through our platform, we will delete all associated Meta Platform Data. You can also remove our app's access directly from your Facebook App Settings.
